|To gain the AeRO Tick, you must meet requirements listed in the User Support Checklist.To assist you, when you register you will be given a user support consultant. The user support consultant will undertake a User Interface/User Experience review and offer recommendations to be implemented to receive the AeRO Tick.
Once completed, your research tool/product/service support documentation will be added to our list of accredited AeRO Tick services for use by Institutional IT Helpdesks and Infrastructure Operators.
