AeRO Tick

The AeRO Tick identifies your product/service/tool as a member of the AeRO User IT Support Project equating to a high standard of IT service support and a commitment to continuous improvement for the benefit of for researchers, Institutional IT helpdesks and Infrastructure Operators.

Best of all, the AeRO Tick is free.

To gain the AeRO Tick, you must meet requirements listed in the User Support Checklist.To assist you, when you register you will be given a user support consultant.  The user support consultant will undertake a User Interface/User Experience review and offer recommendations to be implemented to receive the AeRO Tick.


Once completed, your research tool/product/service support documentation will be added to our list of accredited AeRO Tick services for use by Institutional IT Helpdesks and Infrastructure Operators.
