By participating in the AeRO User IT Support Project your eResearch tool will be broadcast across our network of academic institutions.

Evaluate your service with help from a free user support consultant

Your own user support consultant will review your current level of user support and through the AeRO Tick checklist help you to develop excellent support for researchers, institutional IT support and Infrastructure operators.

Although if you cannot participate in the user support consultations, a checklist and several guidelines have been developed for your use when you are available

Decrease your support requirements

The connected support community will help you reduce the number of  Tier 1 support  you need to handle. Our partners who are actively participating in this project will also be able to assist in supporting your service and only refer you queries that cannot be resolved.
